 Polpo alla Luciana - $26      originating along the coast of Naples, this dish consists of chopped octopus cooked for hours with garlic, chili peppers, tomatoes creating a delicious stew served with linguine

 Pasta alla Genovese con Agnello  (lamb) -  $28   this dish from Naples is a must!  Lamb meat is braised with onions for hours until It becomes a delicious sauce, spinach Is added and that Is served with spaccatelli pasta (a ziti like pasta). 

Anatra alla Bolognese  (duck)  - $28   classic Bolognese is made with beef, our spin on it has local ground duck meat, from Hudson Valley Duck Farm, that is cooked for hours with sofrito (celery, carrot, onion) and a very small amount of tomato.  It is served with tagliatelle pasta

Rigatoni alla Norcina  -   $26     a must try from the historic city of Norcia in the Umbria region of Italy, this dish consist of local ground Italian pork sausage (Hilly Acres Farm) in a creamy sauce with a hint of black truffle served with rigatoni pasta

 Oxtail Ragu -   $28     oxtail is braised for hours with onion and roasted tomato, removed from the bone and this rich ragu is served with bucatini pasta which brings this dish together perfectly

Bucatini alla Boscaiola (woodsman)  -  $27     a rustic dish made with locally grown mushroom, peas and guanciale (diced crispy pork) in a light creamy red sauce served with bucatini pasta.  A favorite in the mountains.               

Pollo  alla Vodka -   $24    chicken meat is sauteed with an authentic creamy vodka sauce using local Do Good Spirits Vodka and pancetta over bucatini pasta with a hint of basil

Pork Milanese -  $25   we flatten and tenderize a 12oz  pork tenderloin, bread & fry it and serve with sauteed broccoli rabe & tomato salad

 Gnocchi alla Sorrentina - $20 from our family town of Vico Equense in Southern Naples this dish is made with gnocchi and fresh basil, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce and then topped with baked mozzarella
